Not being one for writing reviews, I felt that this was a good time to start. After having a really bad experience with a previous used car dealership near where we live we decided to give Eastern Garage a try.. we are so glad we did. This is a family run business and I must say that both Mark and Kevin were wonderful to deal with. They were not pushy but once we decided on a car, they were both helpful in getting any issues that cropped up resolved. They went above and beyond and I have no hesitation in recommending them

Just brought my daughters first car from this garage and they were brilliant! Held onto the car until we could get down and test drive it! Very friendly and helpful but definitely not pushy salesman! As it was a surprise for my daughter 18th, even kept the car for us until we wanted to give it to her so it didn̢۪t spoil the surprise! Cannot thank the garage enough and would definitely recommend them and be using them again in the future!

One of the best experiences digitally purchasing a car. I was kept up to date with the preparations as the vehicle had not long been in stock. When I came and collected I couldn̢۪t believe the great condition of the car. I had an amazing drive back to Birmingham in my new car. The guys at Eastern Garage were very friendly and professional. Found the car on auto trader, popped down to have a look, felt no pressure at all, test drive went great, was shown full service and mot history and warranty was explained. This was our second visit here and was very well looked after by Kev. At no point was we either hurried along or pressured into buying a car. The selection of their stock is varied and all priced very well. The cars are clean and well presented and you can ask as many questions as you like. Their website is well presented with true accurate photos of the cars. It is nice to leave a genuine 5 star review for a car dealer as it's easy for them to get a bad reputation through the little things. There was no fault that could be found with this family run business, from fresh well priced stock, friendly courteous professional staff to it's very convenient location 2 minutes from the A13. If you're in the market give these a look up, you won't be disappointed.

Needed a Nissan Micra Automatic for my daughter. Coming from Maidstone I was a bit concerned if there was a fault that needed attention. Spoke to Kevin who gave me confidence on how it would be dealt with. Bought the car on line, picked it up a couple of days later. I was very impressed, so was my daughter. The car was prepared for collection to a high standard. It was spotless, including the engine bay. I recently purchased a lovely Mercedes E-Class Cabriolet, and have to say it was a great buying experience. The car is a high spec version in beautiful condition, and Kev was very helpful throughout the process - which as I live 80+ miles away, was very helpful. There was an issue with the parking sensors, which Kev was happy to get fixed at a local garage under their warranty agreement (unlike most 2nd hand car dealerships !) I have a huge smile whenever I drive the car, which hasn\'t had the shine taken off by the post sales support. I used this garage a few months back and have returned twice recently with friends and family to purchase another vehicle. They have a great selection of cars, are relaxed in their sales and extremely professional in dealing with any issues. In the passed I had used many alternative garages and when leaving the forecourt regardless of any small problems that may arise...you are on your own. After looking at numerous cars I found eastern garage from the approved AA used cars website. The car I bought was a KA titanium which is top of the line. It was the same price as lower spec KAs and also less mileage. I spoke to Kevin via email before going down, Kevin was quick at responding to my emails and also replied late at night. When I went down Kevin was following all the government advice around corona making it a safe environment, really nice guy that offers to help out with taxing the car and also gives advice on the car, when you̢۪re not use to a certain car it can be confusing but all will be explained to you before you set off at eastern garage. I would definitely recommend this car lot. The experience was good and the choice of cars are good and in great condition from what I could see. Thanks again for the car

Recently bought a jaguar Xf from kevin at eastern. Honestly can not praise them enough, had a few little niggles with the car as so often is the case with used cars, but they was quickly resolved and Kevin & his dad worked around us to get the car fixed.
